How to fix timing of drums in GarageBand iPad and GarageBand iPhone using quantization.
In this video, I give you some tips for getting your drums sounding in time and lining up on the grid in GarageBand by using (or not using) quantization.
Drums often sounding out of time due to quantization being on automatically, so turning it off or changing the settings can improve your drums instantly.

What is the best app to get this song BPM? Into GarageBand for iOS
Great!
When I first started playing with sequencers back in the 1980’s my music theory was very weak. I could never get things to sound right. The main thing people have to understand is that most music puts the kick on beat 1, snare on beat 2, kick on 3 and snare on 4. Cymbal crashes occur on beat 1. Then everything is usually done in 8 bar segments. Once I figured this out I was able to put together sensible compositions. These rules are very relevant in G B. If you want to make the loops sound right use the above rules.
