That was so wonderful, you are the teacher of teachers and your (gran)daughter was sooooo cute!
Great tips. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Hy .. saya sangat menyukai video anda. Tapi saya sangat terkerdala dengan bahasa inggris. Bisakah anda memberikan terjemahan di bagian bawah vidoe ? Saya sangat berterima kasih untuk ini. Salam dari indonesia
Thanks for the tips man! Very helpful! Thanks for showing difference between stereo and mono 🤙
Thank you for this video. Basic question, how are you downloading your videos into your editing program? I use iCloud, but it takes 2-3 days for my videos to transfer. To be quicker, I also use google photos (a few hours to a day) but sometimes they don’t download as a .mov file and then premier cannot read it so then I do another step of using a 3rd party app to convert it. In your experience, what is the most simple and quickest way to review and work with your videos once you are done videoing?
Do you edit your iPhone videos with Premiere Pro? I exported it to Premiere Pro & the video stutters. Basically rendering it useless.
too bad you can't have the screen off while recording…that would make it omega
U hearts the comments too! Your channel is helping me in my struggle .i have iphone 6splus 16 gb.the problem is memory but that will not stop me from making videos.i would like more tutorials on how to shoot plz.
WOW! She looks a lot like Piper from back around 2012!
There's not a way to adjust mic gain on the native app, is there? I've got a lav that is clipping, but has pretty good sound when turned down on Filmic. I'd like to use it with the native app too.
There are a lot of extra good tips in this one! While testing the double-tap focus & exposure, I happened to turn the camera vertical. HOW did I miss that Filmic switches to vertical video automatically!? 😂

Great tips – thanks! Don’t forget to save these settings as a preset in FiLMic Pro so you can long-press on the app icon, select the preset, and be vlogging in two seconds.
Thanks for the tutorial. I’m going to try some of these tips on my next shoot. 👍
Thank you for covering this topic- I've struggled with WB in Filmic for vlogging!
Another great video Blake
This helped a lot ty
Really is amazing what you can do with a modern smartphone! Thanks for the solid content! Love the channel!! 👍
learned alot in this video and I have been using Filmic Pro for years.
Airplane mode is pretty much a necessary thing to do and an external mic usually makes a huge improvement.
Nice video! What mic did you use?
Another great video! I will be using these tips right away.
Awesome, thank you very very very much. I was starting to think I made a big mistake getting filmic pro app and then you came with this great video. I’m so happy after watching this video.
On my last tripto another Country I made vlogs with my iPhone and the nativ camrra App. I have a iPhone 11 Pro and I was not so impressed. So thank You for your tips und Tricks. I will try it out
What can I say… Thank you for overview! My wife is a teacher and due to the current environment she prerecord “circle time” for her students to watch. Your videos have helped so much from what to buy, how to frame the shot, to what settings/app to use. So thank you!
DO try the camera app Protake! Compact and more direct.
Another great video. Thanks Blake. How about a video comparing the Rode Wireless Go to the Comica Boom-XD?
Thanks for the guide and tutorial, always good to learn new things, Thank you!
